Thank you so much for your prayer support for our STM team in China now. They are doing great by God’s grace.
We want to invite you to celebrate what we have in Christ on this coming sunday 8/5/07 through well-known the preacher and theologian, Dr. Richard Pratt, at OCECC monthly english-chinese combined service in 10:30am. 理查德 L．柏瑞特博士（Dr. Richard Pratt）, 是 IIIM神学教育资源中心的创始人和主席。他曾任佛州奥兰多改革宗神学院的旧约系主任多年。他是美洲长老会 (PCA) 按立的牧师，他教导和训练教会领袖的足迹遍及全球。常常担任不同特会和训练课程的讲员（如全美学园传道会同工培训的主讲；唐崇荣牧师印尼归正神学院、加尔文神学院、圣约神学院的客座教授等）。
他还多次在UCF的三大宗教对话论坛上，代表基督教与犹太教和伊斯兰教对话。
柏瑞特博士在Roanoke学院获文学学士，就读于威斯敏斯特神学院，并在维州协和神学院获道学硕士。他在哈佛大学获得其旧约研究的神学博士。
柏瑞特博士任英文新国际版改教精神研读本圣经（NIV Spirit of the Reformation Study Bible）的总编，新生命圣经英译本NLT的翻译之一。他所撰写的书籍包括：《清醒的祷告》（有中译本）；《將人的心意奪回》（有中译本）; 《尊贵的设计》（中译本在进行中）；《他赐给我们故事》（中译本在进行中）；《历代志上下》的注释书；《哥林多前后书》的注释书。他所教授的 IIIMDVD神学教育课程包括：

Dr. Richard L. Pratt, Jr., is the president of Third Millennium Ministries. He is professor of Old Testament at Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando, and has also taught at the Jackson and Charlotte campuses. He is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America, and travels extensively to evangelize and teach, including summer leadership training for Campus Crusade for Christ in the U.S., reformed seminary of Dr. Stephen Tong at Indonesia, Calvin and Covenant Seminaries at U.S. He has also been invited multiple times to represent Christianity at Tri-loge forum at UCF among Judaism and Islam faith.
Dr. Pratt received his B.A. from Roanoke College, studied at Westminster Theological Seminary, and received his M.Div. from Union Theological Seminary. He earned his Th.D. in Old Testament Studies from Harvard University.
Dr. Pratt is the general editor of the NIV Spirit of the Reformation Study Bible and a translator for the New Living Translation. He has also authored numerous books, including: Pray with Your Eyes Open, Every Thought Captive, Designed for Dignity, He Gave Us Stories, Commentary on 1 & 2 Chronicles, Commentary on 1 & 2 Corinthians. He have also published multiple IIIM DVD biblical and theological courses, including: Kingdom, Covenants & Canon of the Old Testament (4 Lessons); He Gave Us Prophets (8 Lessons); Building Your Theology (4 Lessons); Building Systematic Theology (4 Lessons); The Primeval History-Genesis 1-11(4 Lessons); Life of Abraham – Genesis 12-25 (3 Lessons); Why Do We Baptize Our Children?
